[Troop1020] Reminder - Bring Completed Forms to Troop Meeting June 2

Please download and complete the information on the attached form (page one  
only unless you do not have a Class 1 Medical Form on file) and bring with you 
 to the Troop 1020 meeting on Monday, June 2. At the top of the form circle 
"Jr.  staff" and "T". Skip the "Cub Scout Rank" section and the "Webelos 
Activity Pin"  sections.
 
I need to send these forms to the Cub Scout Twilight Camp registrar this  
coming week so it is important for scouts to bring the form this Monday, June  2.
