[Troop1020] Service @ Cub Scout Twilight Camp - June 24

Dear Scouts and Parents --
 
On Tuesday, June 24, Troop 1020 will provide service staffing to the Gray  
Owl District Cub Scout Twilight Camp. The event will be at Harry Myers Park in  
Rockwall. We will be meeting at the Scout Hut to travel there. 
In order to participate in this event the camp requests all service staff  
fill out a registration form. The form (attached) is oriented toward the Cub  
participants, so really we just need the name/address/phone, emergency contact  
info and parent signature on the application. You only need page one of the  
attached .pdf file. Unless you have not provided a class 1 medical form 
already,  in which case you need pages 2 and 3 also. Page four is a t-shirt order 
form and  you do not need that.
 
Adult leaders who plan to attend and assist also need to fill out the same  
form and need to have completed Youth Protection Training (must have copy of  
certificate/card) and proof from the Texas DPS web site of not being found on  
the sex offender registry.

go to this link, enter your name and other info. Print the page showing no  
matches were found. You need to have both of these with you when we go to the  
event. 
 
Please print, fill out, and bring the form to the next troop meeting, June  
2. I need to send them to the camp director next week.
