[Troop1020] Request Input on Troop 1020 Annual Plans

Dear Scouters and Parents --

On August 2 I will be meeting with the Patrol Leaders Council (PLC) to discuss plans for the 2008-2009 Scouting Year. Attached is a draft plan with all sorts of dates and ideas. The boys have given me several other ideas for activities/program which are not yet in the plan as I need some input and commitment from you, our adult leaders and parents, to make some of them happen. 

What the PLC needs specifically:
Qualified / trained leaders for things like snorkeling, rifle, shotgun and archery. If you are already trained or are willing to get trained to supervise these activities please let me know. I can point you to the appropriate training opportunities.
Your input on program ideas, willingness to teach, lead or coordinate same.
Your input on outdoor activities (campouts) and willingness to provide adult leadership for same.
Please review the attached draft program plan and give me any feedback or ideas you may have prior to this coming Friday.
