[Troop1020] Summer camp and medical forms

Greetings Scouts and Parents,
       
       This is a friendly reminder that all Scouts are required to have a Class 2 medical form signed by a Doctor for Summer Camp.  And all adults need either a Class 2 or 3 (anyone 40 and over needs class 3) signed by a Doctor.  Without these forms you or your Scout will not be able to attend summer camp.  
   
       Please make sure this gets taken care of.  Class 2 medical forms are good for 2 years so if you turned in a new one last year, it is still valid this year.  Anyone who did not turn in a class 2 last year will need to do so this year.  Class 3's are only good for 1 year I believe.
   
       If you need a new blank form, please go to WNW.gray owl.org and print the form you need from the "forms and documents" link.  Also, all adults attending Summer Camp will need current Youth Protection training which can be done on-line also through the Gray Owl website.
