[Troop1020] Philmont Info Meeting Monday, August 4

For those scouts and parents of scouts interested in going to Philmont summer of 2009 there will be an informational meeting during the second session of Merit Badge College on Monday evening, August 4.

If you are interested in Philmont it is important you attend. 

Who should be interested:  Any scout who will be in the eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh or twelfth grade this coming school year is qualified to go to Philmont. Adults are also qualified within certain Scout to Adult ratio limits.

If you cannot attend Monday's information meeting you should contact me directly sometime after Monday evening. 

We will be discussing: 
- Fee payments and options.
- Expectations of Trek memebers
- Gear requirements (general info)
- Preparation plans (like practice events)
- Application form
